South Florida Volleyball Club

Parents are responsible for booking all travel in a timely manner to ensure that a full contingent of players is on hand. Players will room with their parents in order to ensure proper supervision. All hotels will be pre-booked through the appropriate travel coordinator of SFVC. You must work with the travel agent to use the service provided. Any hotels used for a National Qualifier are “stay-and-play” hotels that are booked through a housing agent designated by the tournament.

A block of rooms will be reserved for SFVC players and parents for all events. Please see to your travel arrangements as soon as possible. If not booked by a certain date, unused rooms are released back to hotel. In 2012, players will room with their parents or guardians in an effort to contain costs and for supervision purposes.

All travel is the responsibility of the parents and players, but we strongly encourage all players and parents to stay in the same hotel to promote team unity and avoid scheduling conflicts. All concerns need to be communicated with your coaches please.
